D. Peak Limited has been established since 1991 by Architect Mr. David Psaila. His vision was to target a niche area in the construction industry with spacious and high quality properties.
The Past
In the earlier days, Mr. David Psaila operated as an architect where many clients entrusted him with their projects, however, as time went by, D. Peak Limited was developed and began venturing into the construction industry.
With development all around Malta, mainly in the central area, this vision has been kept alive with properties being constructed in various localities such as Attard, Balzan, Birkirkara, Fgura, Gharghur, Gzira, Hamrun, Msida, Mgarr, Mosta, Mqabba, Qawra, Zebbug and many more.
The Present
The company has gained momentum in recent years and has been developing several projects, providing clients with properties which will definitely suit their tastes.
In the last couple of years, D. Peak Limited has ventured in the rental industry where the company rents out various holiday rentals, office units and shops. Steadily, this small area is becoming a considerable part of the company.
