Internal flooring& External Flooring
- 15 Euro Budget / square meter is given by the contractor (A number of 60 X 60 tiles will be available from contractor).
- Skirting Laying is included.
- Higher cost of tiles / square meter will be paid by client
- The contractor will order 10% extra tiles (skirting and extra tiles)
- Skirting will be cut from tiles by tile layer. Should the client want round/chamfer edges, extra costs will be incurred by himself.
- Any extras incurred for laying of larger tiles or parquet will be paid by client.

- All apertures are sliding except for external door leading to washroom, ensuite window and kitchen shaft window

Main External walls – CappottoSytle finish
- Front wall – 30mm expanded polystyrene (or similar to achieve a U-Value of 0.031W/mK), covered with mesh, plastered with GR-1000 and painted white.
- Back wall- 30mm expanded polystyrene.(or similar to achieve a U-Value of 0.031W/mK),covered with mesh, plastered with GR-1000 and painted white.
- All other walls will be plastered with GR-1000 and painted in white
- All above to minimum energy requirements as in Guide F or better, with exception of bathroom walls.

Main door to Apartments.
- Block Solid
- Veneered in American Walnut or similar

Balcony railings– Design,colour and type according to permits- Stainless steel coloured Aluminium for back terrace & Glass railings for front terrace.

Membrane in terraces, backyards, internal yards, balconies and at roof level-
- 4mm Bituminous membrane or 3.5 bituminous membrane granulated to be used if tiled over.

Concrete screed (Kontrabejt) in penthouse terraces and at roof level–
- Detail to include 30kg/m³ expanded polystyrene and minimum 75mm screed laid to falls with appropriate admixtures (expansion joints to be included if required)and 3.5 mm membrane.
